About Ultimate Service Systems

 

Ultimate Service Systems was started in 1999 by David & Kelly Holt after David's father, Fred, sold the family HVAC business in Columbus, Georgia. In 2004, David accepted a full-time offer to work with Profit Strategies, Inc., a flat rate pricing system provider founded by his brother, Andy, and two other partners. Currently, David serves as the Director of Sales & Service Leadership for National Comfort Institute, the leader in training and certification in the Performance-Based contracting business. 

In December 2009, David & Kelly's son, Steven, graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in Management Information Systems. (David also graduated from UGA with the exact same degree, 26 years earlier!) Steven joined the USS team and looks forward to taking the company to the next level.
